Chef Comella’s Original Clambake

Chef Comella set the standard for the Cleveland Clambake in 1944. Chef Comella’s Original Clambake was designed to allow people to enjoy Great Food, Family and Friends while taking in the romance of the fall season. The Eastern Coastlines are filled with clams in the late summer and fall. The clams are full of meat and provide a bountiful taste of the sea along fresh Ohio Sweet Corn, plump Fresh Chicken halves and beautiful Louisiana Sweet Potatoes.

We provide you with a steamer and or pot that wont leak! Also with your bake a full compliment of Plates, Bowls, Silverware, Rolls, Cole Slaw and Butter. A complete set of instructions will make your bake easy and your day memorable for all.

We use only Ohio Farm Raised Chicken in our bakes, and all bakes are packed with Wild Premium Clams, to ensure you the best tasting bake ever.
